Morning Repositioner - Custom Lab Fabricated

The Morning Repositioner is a bite-restoring appliance designed to help return the patient’s mandible to centric position following overnight or ongoing open airway treatment with a bite corrective device or bruxing splint.

The unique design of the Morning Repositioner incorporates raised blocks of compressible material, strategically placed directly above bicuspids. All clenching forces are directed straight down toward the root -- rather than laterally or forward onto the anterior teeth. When in contact with the upper dentition, the only point of contact is the raised blocks.

  • Minimized Forward Mandibular Posturing. The patient benefits from isometric exercise of the musculature. The isometric exercise activates the masseter muscles and relaxes the lateral pterygoid muscles.
  • Greater Durability. The over-layer of the device is fabricated of laminated material -- developed specifically for night splints.
  • Patient Instructions Supplied With Every Case. Patients are instructed to place the Morning Repositioner on their lower arch and keep it in place for approximately 10 minutes, while going about their morning routine. It is recommended that the patient do a series of clenches on the raised blocks and to clench or chew up and down as often as possible.
