Introduction

SML now has a newly streamlined way for you to send digital files. Our new SML Digital Portal provides a secure, HIPAA-compliant, password-protected area for you to upload your digital data.

We are notified when you upload files. You are notified when we download them. If a diagnostic service is requested, you’ll receive an email notification with a link to download the digital report.

Creating an Account - Click Here

We need to set up an account in your behalf before you can use the SML Digital Portal. To do that, we need a doctor name, office phone number, email address, etc. Click here to request access.

Confirmation E-mail & First Log-in

Once we’ve set up your SML Digital Portal account, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to activate your personal account. When you log in for the first time, you’ll be prompted to set your password and time zone. When you’re done, log out, and then log back in again. Be sure to bookmark the site.

Notifications

Our Digital Dept will receive a notification when you successfully upload files to your SML Digital Portal account. You will receive a notification when we have downloaded your files. You will NOT receive a notification when you upload files to your folder.
