A simple treatment for snoring and sleep apnea, the myTAP holds the lower jaw in place so that the soft throat tissue does not collapse into the airway.  The myTAP adjustment mechanism is attached to the lower tray and is threaded through the adjustment post of the upper tray.

An adjustment dial -- screwed onto the end of the threaded adjustment mechanism -- allows the patient to control the advancement of the mandible.
